Q: How can I get an answer to my questions about a piece of jewelry you sell?

Please do not hesitate to contact us at Sales@JewelryTrends.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our knowledgeable buyers and merchandisers are available every day to address your concerns personally. Your question will be answered by one of our staff members in an average time of 1 to 3 hours. Weekends may be delayed for a bit longer, but we are always checking for new messages so will reply back with a personalized response to your direct question as soon as possible.


Q: I'm in a hurry to get my stuff! When can I expect you to ship my order?

A: We work 7 days a week, and we ship 6 days a week. All jewelry orders are sent out the same day you place your order, Monday through Saturday. If your order is received by 4:30PM eastern (EST) it's enough time for us to pack it up and deliver it to the post office just before it closes!


Q: How quickly will my order arrive, and will I need to pick expedited or second day shipping to get it in a reasonable time?

A: Honestly, since we ship the same day your jewelry order is placed, and since the free shipping option will be First-Class Mail, it should not be necessary for you to pick a faster speed for your shipping method. Most First-Class Mail packages are delivered within 2-3 days, however if you are in a remote area it may take a little longer. If you aren't in a rush, our free First-Class Mail option should suit most needs. That said, if you are in a big hurry to receive your items, then you may want to consider upgrading your shipping option just to be on the safe side, but keep in mind there will be an extra charge for this since the post office will charge us more for your faster service option.


Q: Do you take any longer to ship during the busier holiday times of year?

A: No need to worry! We don't take any longer to fulfill orders during busier times of the year like Easter, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and so on. We simply work longer hours to make sure we fill every customer's order as soon as it comes in to us.


Q: Can I order something that I don’t see on your website?

A: It’s best to send us an email with exactly what you are looking for. Please include all relevant information and/or links to the item you are requesting, if it is available on another website. Some jewelry items we sell are available with yellow or pink gold plating, or even different colored stones. Please keep in mind that this would be considered a special order that may mean you have to give us time (2-8 weeks) to include your requested item with our next order that is placed to the appropriate manufacturer.


Q: Where is your warehouse located? Are you in the USA?

A: Yes! We are a small American business incorporated in the beautiful state of North Carolina!

We are actually located in the south-western part of North Carolina very close to Charlotte. Your package will be routed by our local post office and processed in the big postal hub in Charlotte, which is just by the Charlotte Douglass airport, and then be on its way to your home.


Q: Do you use other companies to pack and ship your merchandise I see for sale your website?

A:
No, never! You can be sure that all jewelry and merchandise we have listed for sale on JewelryTrends.com will be shipped by us personally straight from our NC warehouse only. We do not use third party companies (called "drop shippers" in the industry) to fill our orders. Everything you see online is in stock, and is quality checked by our competent staff before it gets shipped out to our customers.


Q: I really want to include a personal message with my order, how can I do this?

A: We know personal messages are important sometimes when you give a gift. After you place your order, all you need to do is message us soon after at Sales@JewelryTrends.com with exactly what you want to say so we can print it out to be included in your package. You can even upload a picture in .jpg format and attach it to your message if you'd like and we can print it out in color. Try to make sure to send it quickly before 4pm eastern after you place the order so it can be included before we take it to the post office! We will email you back to let you know we filled your request so you know it was done to your wishes. Just imagine our office is like your home office with a nice color printer, so anything you send to us through an email can be printed out for you. There is no limit to colors or characters, anything can be printed, it's no problem! We actually enjoy doing this for our customers because it adds a nice personal touch. And, of course, there is no charge for this service, we are just happy to accommodate your needs and make your recipient happy as well! :-)
