2-Day (free shipping) orders placed by 3:30pm EST Monday through Friday (and Saturday 10:30am EST) will be shipped the same day.
Delivery to your front door:
Jewelry Trends ships FedEx Express 2-Day out of the USA from our warehouse in Denver, North Carolina. All items are in stock and we do not add any processing time to your order. Please be aware FedEx cannot deliver to your mailbox, so they will leave your package outside your entrance door. Please watch the tracking number, so you can take your package in once delivered. If you are in an apartment, or your area is not secure, please choose ground shipping, the postal service (mail) option.
Delivery to your mail box:
If you wish to ship to a post office box or there are other reasons you need to use USPS (postal mail service) as your shipping option, it will be sent First Class mail and you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as it is processed. You will receive the same quick shipping times as listed above.

CANADA SHIPPING INFORMATION AND TAXES
Jewelry Trends ships to Canada! There are two pieces of important information that you need to be aware of before you place your order,
Currency Conversion - Our prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) by default. You can change the default USD currency by selecting "Pick a Currency" located at the top right of any page (next to "your cart"). Your credit card issuing bank (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.) or PayPal will convert our charge in USD to Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your bank may also charge a currency conversion fee. This fee is typically 1-5% of the total transaction cost. You can call the number on the back of your card to get the exact rate.

Taxes - Your quoted total does not include any taxes or other duties charged in the province of delivery. Any fees charged in the province of delivery are not included in your payment to JewelryTrends.com and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. If you are concerned about taxes or duties, please look into this before you order. Also, Jewelry Trends will not mark any package as a gift as we are required to sign that the value we mark for customs is true. If delivery of an order is refused, a refund will be made on the merchandise returned, less any return shipping fees charged by the carrier and incurred to us from your refusal. You will receive the correct refund only after the package is safely returned to JewelryTrends.com.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 DAY "No Questions Asked" return policy
on all regular stock, new condition unwanted purchases.
The Fine Print:
Jewelry Trends has a 30 day return policy for new, undamaged regular stock items. Simply initiate a return request by emailing Sales@JewelryTrends.com, make sure to include your order number, and our friendly customer service team will respond with our return instructions promptly.
If, for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and need to return it, we offer a very fair and standard 30 day return policy with full credit back to your method of original payment for items that are returned to us in new condition, and are in their original box / packaging just as it was shipped to you. All jewelry is shipped in new and unused condition after being inspected twice for defects before being packed in the gift box. On the rare occasion that a manufacturer defect is received, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your jewelry so we may review your order as a special case. If you need to return a jewelry item within our 30 day policy it must still be in new, undamaged, unused condition for a full credit. *Items that have visible scratches, are tarnished, damaged, or visibly worn in any way will not qualify for a full refund, and will be sent to our incident department where trained "QI" (Quality Inspectors) will review the condition of the returned jewelry and may allow a partial credit based on the extent of wear or damage.
*Additionally, jewelry items in a customer’s possession for over 30 days are automatically considered a "used jewelry item", and therefore cannot be returned as such.
**This return policy does not apply to last chance clearance items which are considered final sale.
After your return is authorized we must receive your returned items back to our warehouse in a timely fashion or you will risk having your item sent back to you, or only partial credit given and / or a restocking fee charged. The return shipping charge is not refundable in the case of discretionary unwanted items, unless in a special case where it has been approved for other reasons by our customer service staff.
You are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to mishandling by the shipping carrier. Please notify us immediately and maintain the original packing if you have a postal claim for damaged jewelry so we may help you with a replacement item.
Our policy is in place to ensure every customer is treated fairly and receives only new, perfect quality, unused items with no abuse of our policies. We understand that some cases require special treatment, so please feel free to ask any questions regarding our products, shipping times or other concerns so you can have the best shopping experience possible.
